Parcelia is a Swiss online service: starting from an address, it automatically compiles data from the official public registers — Federal Register of Buildings and Dwellings, cadastre, land-use zones, public-law restrictions (PLR cadastre), federal environmental data — into a readable file, with the source of every piece of information.

The principle fits in one sentence: provenance first. Every field cites its register, and what the register does not say is shown as such. No automatic valuation, no opaque score: the file reports the register, nothing but the register.

Parcelia is for anyone who has to understand a parcel before deciding: owners and buyers, but also agencies, brokers, architects, developers, notaries and banks — preparing a sale, a development appraisal, a construction project or a deed. The report is an information document: neither a valuation, nor an official land register extract, nor legal or financial advice.
